Ingredients
Turbinado sugar, salt, dehydrated onion and garlic, evaporated cane juice, paprika, spices including chili pepper, mustard flour, monosodium glutamate, sodium dictate, celery, caramel color, natural flavor, extractives of paprika and 2% or less of tricalcium phosphate to prevent caking.

Great taste and great price! I clean the rack of ribs, take off the silver skin; lightly coat both sides with olive oil and a light coat of rub on both sides. Massage rub into meat and wrap tightly with foil; bone side up. Bake at 275′ for 3 hours. Unwrap and brush on your favorite sauce. Broil each side with sauce till crispy. (5-10 min) Yum!
