    A Classic American Favorite Made Easy On A Green Mountain Pellet Grill.

    Ingredients
    • 2 lbs sirloin roast or similar
    • 1 cup BBQ sauce
    • 1/4 cup white sugar
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 3 tbsp Black Pepper
    • 1/2 cup kosher salt
    • 1 quart water

    Instructions
    1. Cut the sirloin roast into 1.3cm thick strips. Trim fat.
    2. Combine the marinade ingredients and stir thoroughly.
    3. Add the sirloin strips to the marinade and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, preferably overnight.
    4. Turn on the smoker and Set the grill to about 85°C.
    5. Remove the sirloin strips from the marinade and pat dry.
    6. Smoke 3-5 hours or until you are satisfied with the texture.
