Ingredients
- 2 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- A few drop Tabasco sauce
- 1.8-2.3 kg salmon filets

Instructions
- Mix all sauces thoroughly
- Remove the skin from 1.8-2.3 kg of salmon filets and cut into approximately 5cm X 10cm pieces.
- Set grill at about 82°C.Smoke the salmon for about 5-8 hours until you like the texture. You can sprinkle the marinade over the fish while it cooks for added flavor and aroma while it smokes.
- A “Seal-A-Meal” gadget works great for keeping this fish for quite a while.
