    Your Green Mountain Barbecue can make the meanest smoked salmon.

    Ingredients
    • 2 cup Soy Sauce
    • 2 tbsp brown sugar
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 2 tsp Garlic powder
    • 1 tsp Onion Powder
    • 2 tbsp vinegar
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
    • A few drop Tabasco sauce
    • 1.8-2.3 kg salmon filets

    Instructions
    1. Mix all sauces thoroughly
    2. Remove the skin from 1.8-2.3 kg of salmon filets and cut into approximately 5cm X 10cm pieces.
    3. Set grill at about 82°C.Smoke the salmon for about 5-8 hours until you like the texture. You can sprinkle the marinade over the fish while it cooks for added flavor and aroma while it smokes.
    4. A “Seal-A-Meal” gadget works great for keeping this fish for quite a while.
