    Ingredients
    • 1 cut-up frying chicken
    • 1 cube butter
    • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
    • 1 egg
    • 3/4 cup flour
    • 1 tbsp paprika this helps brown the chicken
    • 1 tbsp baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
    • 1/2 tsp pepper

    Instructions
    1. Beat egg in small bowl. Add evaporated milk and stir thoroughly.
    2. Mix flour, paprika, baking powder, salts, and pepper in a bowl.
    3. Use a small bowl to melt butter in microwave and then pour into shallow metal baking pan large enough to hold the chicken pieces.
    4. Dip chicken pieces in egg/milk mixture and then roll in flour mix. Place into metal baking pan.
    5. Set the grill to 191°C and wait until this temperature stabilizes. Cook the chicken for 25 minutes. Then, reduce the heat to 163°C, turn the chicken pieces over, and cook for 30 more minutes or until done.
